Michael holds a B.S. in Physics from M.I.T and a Master’s in Planning & Organizational Development from Harvard University.

Jennifer holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, has studied Organizational Behaviour at Queens University and has been active in the Human Resources Professional Association.
