David practices law in Ontario with an emphasis on employment law and labour relations. With experience in workplace safety and insurance, employment standards and human rights, His passion is helping individuals impacted by job loss leave their former employers with a fair package that allows them to move ahead quickly and confidently.
David has successfully litigated at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada. He also has extensive experience with administrative tribunals such as the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
